You can hire an instrument from QED on a weekly basis for a specific project, or as a replacement unit whilst yours is in for servicing. You will get our very latest gas analyzer, regularly maintained to our high standards, accurately calibrated to UKAS 17025, fully loaded with features as well as a full range of accessories.

How to Organise an Analyzer Hire

Service Duration Hire
If you’re sending your analyzer in to us for servicing and require a replacement unit for the duration of the service we can provide this for a fixed, all-inclusive price. We’ll also ship it to you before you send us yours which means there will be zero downtime at your facility! All we ask is that you make sure we receive your unit within 3 working days of receiving your hire unit, and that you send the hire one back within 3 workings days once you’ve had yours back from servicing.

Hire request - What happens at each stage? |

2. Confirmation |
We will process your request and let you know when we have a suitable hire instrument to dispatch to you |

3. Send us your instrument |
Once you’ve received the hire unit, it is super important that you send us your instrument so we can complete the service and calibration as quickly as possible. Complete your SRF & arrange a collection for your instrument to be sent in for Service. |

4. Send our hire back to us |
Once we have completed the service of your analyzer we will send it back to you. Again, it is imperative that you arrange for our unit to be sent back straight away. You can do this by contacting service [at] qedenv [dot] co [dot] uk |
Weekly Hire
QED hire a full range of environmental gas monitoring products and we can provide the GA5000, GEM5000 or BIOGAS 5000 for hire on a flexible basis from a week, couple of months or even a year to suit. This hire is charged on a weekly rate; please get in touch with us for a full quote. please contact us.

4. Send our hire back to us |
