Ensure the instrument is packed in a cardboard box (even if the instrument is in a hard case) to avoid premium shipping charges and assist with avoiding damage in transit.
- Complete the Service Request Form below, then click the Send Service Request button at the bottom of the form to initiate the Return Authorisation process.
- Click here to complete the Arrange a Collection form. This form must be completed for all shipments, even if you are arranging the shipment with your own carrier. Please make your selection for Collection or Drop Off on this form. This is vital to ensure a smooth exportation process.
- Your Return Authorisation label will be sent to you by The UK Customer service via email. Please affix this label to the outer packaging for shipping. Please note that this is not a collection label.
- Wait for your shipping label to be provided via email, then follow the instructions received. You will receive your label direct from our Freight Carrier.
- Send Instrument for service or await the collection by our Freight Carrier.
