Before returning your instrument, if it has stored data please make sure it is completely downloaded as all user data is deleted during the service process.
Ensure the instrument is packed in a cardboard box (even if the instrument is in a hard case) to avoid premium shipping charges and assist with avoiding damage in transit.
- Complete the form below, then click send service request This is your Standard Service Return Form and must be completed correctly so that we can arrange you a return authorisation label.
- Complete the Arrange a Collection form, this form must be completed even if you are arranging the shipment with your own carrier, you will find a button called Collection/Drop off please make your selection here (in the shipment part of the form). This is vital to ensure a smooth exportation process.
- Your Return Authorisation label will be sent to you by The UK Customer service team in due course to the email received on the Standard Service Return Form, affix this label to the outer case for shipping, note: this is not a collection label.
- Wait for your shipping label to be provided then follow the instructions received. You will receive your label direct from our Freight Carrier.
- Send Instrument for service or await the collection by our Freight Carrier.
